QWINS turbocharges its Dutch servers with AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D

Hosting provider QWINS has rolled out a major upgrade at its data center in the Netherlands. The new hypervisors are powered by AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D processors — and that’s not just a minor bump in performance, it’s a full-on leap. The storage subsystem also got a serious boost, with drives now running several times faster than before. Network capacity has been expanded to 10 Gbps, ensuring much smoother interaction between nodes and services.

Meet the star of the show — Ryzen 9 9950X3D

The AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D is a 16-core powerhouse that doesn’t just talk speed — it lives it. Built on the Zen 5 architecture and armed with AMD’s 3D V-Cache technology, it keeps a hefty amount of cache right where it’s needed most. The result? Blistering performance in workloads where every microsecond matters.

Final touches

According to QWINS, additional fine-tuning will be carried out over the next couple of days to iron out minor issues. After that, the Dutch site should be running at full throttle — fast, stable, and as punctual as you’d expect from the Netherlands.
