Hosting provider Mnogoweb has updated its user portal functions. The company decided that users were tired of wandering through menus in search of the resource modification button. Scaling virtual private servers (VPS) now requires fewer clicks and less nerve strain.
Resources in Plain Sight
Changing the number of CPU cores (vCPU) and the amount of RAM is now possible directly from the tariff information block. Increasing disk size can be done from the server's disk list. This approach reduces the number of transitions between interface sections. Users get the desired result faster without performing unnecessary actions.
An important clarification: this function is available only for VPS with hourly billing. Clients with other types of tariffication remain outside the circle of this convenience for now.
Tariff Shuffle
The provider has also introduced the ability to quickly switch between budget tariffs. Users can now independently change VPS Black, VPS Green, and VPS Red plans in one direction. Configuration changes happen with literally one button in the personal account.
Such tweaks look like a response to client requests from those who value their time more than complex navigation chains. One can only hope that the server side handles such frequent configuration changes without delays or failures.
