Polish TheCamels Fully Merges Operations into Parent Company LH·PL

Polish hosting provider TheCamels is finalizing its operational consolidation with parent company LH.PL Sp. z o.o. Effective October 1, 2026, LH.PL becomes the sole legal entity delivering services. TheCamels has operated under LH.PL ownership for over four years, and this move unifies the client experience under a single corporate umbrella.

Clients will migrate to the centralized LH.PL client area. This dashboard will consolidate domains, shared hosting, VPS, and dedicated servers alongside billing documentation. Payment bank details will change, and new login credentials will arrive via a separate communication with first-time login instructions.

What Stays Intact

Direct server access via DirectAdmin remains untouched. Existing hosting and email passwords stay exactly the same. Crucially, active billing cycles and pricing structures are grandfathered in and will not increase for current contracts.

The merged support team operates on an extended schedule: Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 22:00, and weekends from 08:00 to 16:00. Users gain three contact vectors: panel tickets, a dedicated hotline, and live chat. LH.PL also highlights its adherence to ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 9001 information security and quality management standards, signaling a push toward enterprise-grade compliance.
