One Dash Automates the Fight Against Network Instability: Free IP Swaps for Russian Connectivity Issues

Hosting provider One Dash has noticed that connecting to certain servers from Russian networks has recently begun to resemble a lottery. To spare clients the agony of waiting for support responses and guessing the causes of connection drops, the company has introduced a new tool in the personal dashboard. Users can now independently verify the accessibility of their virtual server from Russia, rather than waiting for the problem to magically resolve itself.

Bureaucracy-Free Replacement Mechanics

If the built-in detector confirms a routing issue, the system automatically unlocks the option to select and receive a free IP address replacement. The procedure operates within set limits and, most importantly, eliminates the need to write letters to technical support begging for assistance.

Currently, the feature is running in pilot mode and is available to all clients renting a VPS with a dedicated IP address. The developers promise to gather feedback and continue refining this mechanism so that network whims cease to be a headache for system administrators.
